Fair Work Australia recently  handed down a decision to change the transitioning schedule for the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.  The decision from Fair Work Australia which is effective from the 19 January 2012 is to change the first transitional increment for the Social and Community Services and Crisis Accommodation Classifications  from the 1st February 2012 to the 1st July 2012.

However, this decision does not effect the other classifications of Family Day Care Employees or Home Care Employees, there transitional arrangements still commence from the 1st February 2012.
