* As part of the membership subscription fee, the ACSEA will represent the member to the value of up to $1,700.00 per annum up to and including conciliation.  This is conditional upon the member/s contacting the ACSEA in the first instance i.e. before taking any action, and that the member follow the advice of the ACSEA within the outlined time frames.  Should this not occur then a special rate of $250.00 per hour (or as amended by the committee) this rate of fees applies if the ACSEA are acting on behalf of the member.  The ACSEA reserves the right to charge for services already rendered if these two conditions are not followed.  This is extremely important - ensuring that the best interests of the Organisation are met as per your Legal requirements.

What your Membership Covers

When Associations are involved in industrial disputes, they can incur huge costs.  ACSEA provides its members with advice and support to reduce this liability.  You may say this won't happen to you and hopefully it won't but it is important that you are well informed and know your rights and responsibilties as an Employer.
