| Equal Remuneration Case Decision
Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010
Fair Work Australia has handed down their decision on the Equal Remuneration Case for the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
The decision from the Full Bench is a percentage increase to the modern award pay rates to be phased in commencing on the 1st December 2012 and ending on 1 December 2020.
Percentage increase range from 19% to 41% plus a further 4% loading depending on the level. These increases will be introduced over eight years in nine instalments starting from 1st December 2012.
